Everything you share is confidential and is only used to help your family connect with services.
After you submit an application, the system will check to see if your family matches the eligibility for a program.
The administrator may contact you if more information is needed.
If a program is a match, your referral will be sent to that program. If there is not a match, we will contact you.
When the program receives your referral, they will contact you to share more about the program and answer any questions.
If the program has a wait list, they will notify you at this time.
If you choose to enroll, the program will explain the next steps to get started with services.
